Tasting note : Flavor explosion! The chocolate bar melts Ethiopian Heirloom Wallaga crushed coffee beans with floral, sweet spices, honey notes, and 70% chocolate from Guatemala Asochivite with confit mango, with a slightly tart flavour.
Sourrcing note : This cocoa is from Asochivite, a little association of a dozen of producers in the heart of Guatemala. It is very rare as a few tons only are harvested each year.
