Tasting note: A cocoa with nice notes of red fruits (cherries and red berries) and hazelnuts. Very soft with a creamy side which gives it a good length in the mouth.
Sourcing note: this bar is made with Chuncho Urusayhua cocoa, a cocoa harvested in the Quillabamba valley, one of the finest and most complex in Peru. Each year, the harvest is equivalent to only 15 to 20 tonnes. In fact, few chocolate manufacturers have the chance to work their beans.
