We've created an original Sticky Chaï made from coffee and cascara leaves in collaboration with La Main Noire, specialists in virtuous lattes. A blend of five spices (black pepper, cinnamon, green cardamom, star anise, cloves) individually roasted and crushed, fresh ginger infused at low temperature in agave and date syrup, coffee leaves from the Terrazas del Pisque farm and cascara from Volcan Azul. The natural sugar preserves all the flavours of the spices, coffee leaves and cascara, resulting in a perfectly balanced milk drink with a maximum sugar content of 2.5%. A drink that's both stimulating and comforting.
